Hey Sears if your reading this, I have been buying your products a long time, but your lack of showing care for your customers has just lost you another one. Oh well my Maytag washer just died also but I just bought a new one from BestBuy. It feels funny to pay for a contractual agreement that you can do nothing about when they don’t show. I bought my fridge from Sherman Street here in San Diego and have spoken to several Managers who acted like and I thought might care but they took my name number and email and none have not replied. If you can afford to waste your time then maybe this plan is for you. Now they are giving me a date of December 19th. This was an extended service plan that they made all the promises and failed to even show up. The same appointment Sears called to verify the Monday before. I waited till 1140 am to call the repair facility only to find out they cancelled our appointment. User ( 14:24) My wife made an appointment for November 29,2017, approximately 2 weeks prior to the date and between the hours of 8am and noon. The previous broken sofa delivered was refunded and I hope he could stay elevate the reputation of the store to a new level. User ( 06:25) Manager Charles is the man that saves both of us time and money in a professional and caring -or -customer attitude and act.
